1. Where is Styler Street based on?
Ans: Styler Street is a registered company in London UK and based in London. It's warehouse and supply office are also in London, UK.
2. From where does Styler Street source their clothings?
Ans: Fabrics & Textiles are sourced from the best manufacturers in the world like Italy, Germany, China, Thailand etc. Design, cutting & sewing are mostly sourced from China, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh etc. But these are not limited. Styler Street always does research and carefully source to provide the best clothing to its customer.
3. From where does Styler Street package and ship it order?
Styler Street has its own Head Office and warehouse in London. It's registered office is in Bethnal Green London and Warehouse is in Romford, London. All it's order processing, packaging and shipment have been made from inside UK.
F & Q : Delivery
1. What are the delivery options does Styler Street offer?
Styler street uses the leading parcel delivery companies in UK like Royal Mail, TnT, Parcel Force, My Hermes etc. Depending on your order we offer different type of delivery options which will be mentioned in the order page you use. Please notice carefully when you order online because some products may have different delivery options from others.
Here are some of our most common delivery options:
Orders made Monday to Friday before 14:00 PM and chosen Next Day Delivery, will get the parcel delivered next day. Orders made after 14:00 PM or on Sunday and Bank Holiday, will be delivered the day after. Please see if your Order eligible for next day delivery.
You should receive a text or email on the day of your delivery. If this delivery time is not convenient to you, please contant us or the courier service for a re-delivery or re-schadule your delivery with the carrier.
For Named day Delivery : Please note that, you will need to sign the parcel when received. If there is no-body to receive and sign, then the parcel may get returned for you to pickup or collection from the nearest collection point of the carrier/courier service.
You can pick a convenient day and time of your choice within next 8 days(excluding Bank Holidays). Please make sure your order processed before the midnight and you order the day before Sunday or any bank holiday. This will help us get your order picked and packaged in time and get everything ready for your desired time delivery.
2. Can I get my parcel delivered to PO Boxes?
Ans : Unfortunately Styler Street does not delivery to any PO Box at this moment.
3. Has my order / parcel been dispatched?
You will receive an email or text message when your parcel gets dispatched. Styler Street will also update and notify you throughout the delivery process. Please use the tracking system of your courier/carrier.
4. How can I track my parcel?
Depending on the carrier company, you can track your parcel throughout its delivery process.
5. What I can do if I have received a wrong item?
Styler Street is 100% committed to its customer satisfaction. If any chance you get a wrong item which you have not ordered, please do let us know immediately (within 48 hours). You will need to return the wrong item to us and we will arrange resending you the correct item or if you want a refund we will arrange the refund too.
6. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Depending on your delivery option time you may need to sign for your delivery.
7. Can I change my delivery address?
It depends when you are requesting to change your delivery address. If you request to change your address before we dispatch your order, you can easily change your delivery address. In case we already packaged and dispatched your order, the order will be with one of the delivery couriers and it may not be possible to change the delivery address easily.
8. The delivery took long time and I am not happy with the delivery service.
Styler Street always tries to improve its customer service in all aspect and areas. In case you are not happy with the delivery service, please do let us know with specific complain, we will be happy to listen to you and will communicate with the courier company to improve their and our service more.
1. How do I return my received item?
You can easily return your item(s) at a MyHermes store or by local Post Office. The simple and easy way to use a pre-paid myHermes label for just £1.99, which you add to your order in the check-out. If you do not add, you can easily get this pre-paid label from the myHermes website (https://www.myhermes.co.uk/).
The procedures are:
- By visiting www.hermesparcelreturn.co.uk and purchasing a label for just £2.99
- Print off your label
- Attach it to your packaging
- Drop it off at your nearest Hermes store
- Sit back and wait for your refund/exchange
2. What are the other return methods?
You can use any of the postal services if you want to return the product to us by yourselves. Royal Mail, My Hermes, TnT, ParcelForce are some of the reknown and reliable postal service. You can need to find out who is your near and where is the nearest drop off location for them.

3. Who will pay for the return?
It depends on the purchase order and the condition or return reason. In most of the cases, if the product was sent wrongly from us, Styler Street will pay for your return. In other cases, you need to pay for your return if otherwise is not mentioned in your Order. Sometimes some of the products we offer free return, in those cases you can send / return the product without any cost. So, please read carefully while you are purchasing about the return policy and the return cost.
- If the product is being used and get damaged by you or the courier, Styler Street is not liable for the return cost.
- Depending on the situation, Styler Street may offer you discount on your next purchase when you pay for your return.
4. What is your (Styler Street) return address?

5. I have lost my return slip, can I still return?
Yes, of course. Just let us know your full name and address and other information. We will try to find out another copy of your return slip. In case you don't get any copy of your return slip, still you can send it to us.
6. What is the maximum days I have to return the item within?
If you want to return an item you purchased, you have to return it within 28 days of your purchase. Otherwise, Styler Street is not liable to refund or accept any return of the purchased order.
7. What can I do if I didn't buy a prepaid return slip?
You can always pay and buy a return slip using any of the market's postal service. In case you were offered but you didn't buy the return slip, please do contact Styler Street, if the offer is applicable for you, you may get another return free of charge.
8. How should I package the return box?
It depends on which postal service provider you are using and how much size they will allow you. Normally you should make the package like the same you have got from us. A durable plastic bag without any label on it will do. Then attach the return slip/label on the bag. For some items you may need to paskage it inside a carton box or so.
9. I have returned the item, but have not got refund yet.
After we received your returned item, we will let you know a confirmation. After you get the confirmation of receive of your returned item, please allow Styler Street to 3/4 working days to refund your amount.
10. Why does not Styler Street offer a free return service for everybody?
Styler Street always tries to keep the product price as low as possible. As a result everyone can afford a famous branded products within their affordable cost. Return is not something we always expect and they are very rare in compare with our sales. So, we carefully choose which product or order should get a free return and which one should not have. Please check carefully while you order with us.
